薩帕貓貓山度假村 (Sapa Catcat Hills Resort & Spa)

Very nicely located complex with great panorama over The Valley and the Mount Fansipan. Rooms large and designed accordingly the landscape. Staff friendly and helpful. But breakfast is a catastrophy: not enough tables, dirty because of too much people.

2일 1박의 짧은 여행이 이렇게 마음 깊이 잔잔한 울림을 줄 줄은 정말 몰랐습니다. 번잡한 일상에서 잠시 벗어나고 싶은 마음으로 Cat Cat Hills Resort를 찾았는데, 이곳은 제가 필요했던 것 이상으로 따뜻한 쉼을 선물해주었습니다. 리조트에 도착하자마자 마신 허브 웰컴티 한 잔은 몸과 마음을 천천히 풀어주는 시작이었어요. 공기는 맑고, 주변은 조용하며, 탁 트인 경치가 압도적으로 아름다웠습니다. 체크인 과정에서 가장 인상 깊었던 점은 바로 리조트 매니저인 루이스 띤 (Louis Tín) 님의 섬세하고 진심 어린 환대였습니다. 루이스 매니저님은 리조트 곳곳을 직접 설명해주시고, 고객이 필요하기 전에 먼저 다가와 필요한 것을 알아채 주시는 분입니다. 과하거나 형식적인 응대가 아닌, 조용하고 따뜻한 배려가 느껴졌습니다. 덕분에 저는 처음부터 마지막 순간까지 편안하게 머무를 수 있었습니다. 제가 묵은 객실은 산 전망이 보이는 방갈로였고, 발코니에 앉아 흐르는 구름을 바라보며

Great experience Louis and team went above and beyond to make another room available. Excellent views and great breakfast.

At first, location is good , will be little far but can easily to go. view is great . Service is nice and Food is just like a normal International Buffett with some vietnamese cuisine.

룸상태는 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 다만, 직원들이 영어를 잘 못합니다. 번역기로 소통했어요.

Very Nice Hotel! I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, and everything I needed was close by. Breakfast was delicious too! I would definitely stay here again.

We book 3D2N for our to SAPA at this hotel, we book a family suite and deluxe room. On the first day when we arrived, it was very messy as they actually got our booking wrong but there was a lot of miscommunication between the operation manager, service manager and front desk staff. For context, they gave us 2 connecting room which was superior room connecting, then we check with them and they gave us the extra deluxe room that we booked as we book 2 types of room. Then we check for our family suite,they were adamant it is the correct room they gave but we can tell from the pictures it is wrong totally and we had to bring out the photos from 訂房網站.com provided for the room types to show them. And they told us to go back to the room first and they will check for us. They called us back through the hotel room telephone and their reason was the room was under maintenance. And we told how can they put it under booking when it was under maintenance. And we had a discussion on how long it would, why is this happening etc. When we came back, we ask is the maintenance done, can we take a look, the story changed from the service manager, he told us they had 2 family suite, and it was actually occupied already. 訂房網站 gave them the wrong booking, and they were not taking responsibility at all and pushing the blame to 訂房網站.com for the wrong booking. We ask them for compensation as we wasted our day communicating with them as they were unable to give us an answer the whole day of day 1. They gave us all kind of excuses and it was taxing for us on this 訂房網站. They only said they are able to give us the room on day 2 and at first they offer us 30% off spa voucher which we rejected immediately and ask for compensation in monetary terms only! But they say they had to discuss with 訂房網站.com on this etc. In the end, we move in day 2 but the whole 訂房網站 was ruined because so much time was wasted on this and we had repack again to move to the family suite on day 2. In my opinion, they were very inefficient. Please be careful when staying here!

It’s quite far from the downtown area, and the road has a lot of steep slopes, so walking from the city center to the hotel is difficult. However, it’s close to Cat Cat Village, making it easy to visit on foot, and you can even see part of the village from the hotel. ^^ I looked at all the hotels in Sapa with a swimming pool, and this one is definitely in the top three. I also liked that they have shower facilities available after swimming or even after check-in/check-out.
